The destination of this trip was Hsing Wu University, a renowned institution celebrated for its outstanding baking education and rich cultural heritage. During the week-long exchange program, Velford Academy students had the unique opportunity to explore the facilities of Hsing Wu University and actively participate in a variety of enriching courses.
The curriculum included creating traditional Taiwanese delicacies, iconic beverages, and classic bread. These activities not only enhanced the students’ baking skills but also gave them a profound insight into Taiwan’s distinctive culinary culture.
